Former Military Highschool Zittau

The city of Zittau seeks to restructure and transform the site of the former military school covering 40 ha in the south of the city.

In the course of this study three different scenarios were created how to develope the site in the future. These ideas depend on the fact that plots are to be bought and empty derelic houses taken down.
